Hi. There's a lot here. You're probably a little overwhelmed. I'm going to try to synthesize all of this into one simple idea. I want to make it easier for hypnotists who really know that what they know. I want to make it easier for you to reach more potential students. And I want all of us to bring everything together the way we did HypnoThoughts.com originally because it worked really well for all of us. And, and I want to do it again. Here's the basics. Hypnothoughts.com worked because I had technology that was better than everybody else's and I created an advertising policy that incentivized big names to come share. That's it. Really simple. I got really lucky. I was a kid that didn't even have content to promote. And so I said, let's just promote all of your guys stuff.
00:48
I will be the platform and we'll all just agree that anybody who comes and shares and does the right things gets to advertise and market to this growing shared community. And this advertising policy worked really well for a while. And then Mark Zuckerberg created Facebook groups. And a bunch of the instructors said, oh, if I create a Facebook group, I don't have to follow Scoti rules anymore. I don't need to do it on hypnothoughts because Scoti has like a no spam policy. And if I create a Facebook group, I can spam my group a lot of and no one's going to complain because they self selected in. And so everyone created these little echo chambers and they split apart. And that has been bad for a lot of us. A few winners, but mostly net losers and especially at the student level.
01:37
There are a bunch of students that get echo chambered and they don't get cross pollination or they don't resonate enough with the voice of the instructor. Not that they're bad, it's just a stylistic difference or for any other reason. Our students aren't as successful as they used to be. Since COVID especially, we've had a problem with our online training that we haven't dialed in. And I think this fixes it. Here's how I've created a business model and a technological model that is superior to anything else you are going to be offered. And I think that if we just all work together and I go first, I think we're all going to help a lot more people and make more money doing it. Here's the model. It's Apple tv, you keep your intellectual property rights.
02:28
So all the stuff that we've built, and I mean, I'm pretty sure I have the largest data set of hypnosis information on Earth ever. And I'm certain I have the most well organized data set on hypnosis ever. Because what I've done is taken my massive thousands and thousands of hours of hypnosis recordings that I have the rights to because they're from hypnothoughts. This isn't me going on Napster and this isn't me scraping people's stuff. This is the stuff that we have the rights to. All of the conversations on hypnothoughts.com, all of the recordings from Hypnothoughts Live, all of those things have been tagged, labeled, organized, and a whole bunch of nerdy computer science and data science that I'm happy to show my work on in a different video, but nobody wants to hear it here.
03:18
Through all that work, we have made a system that is incredibly complex. Think of it like spatially organizing all the ideas. So it's not just like keywords like working with teenagers is over here and working with athletes is over there. And it's not time. It's not all of 2017 is there and 2018 is there or everything by Martin Peterson is there and Melissa Tears is there. It's not that. It's. We took all the lectures, all the conversations, all the training, all the disagreements and broke them down to individual ideas inside the conversations. So a lecture could have 20 or 30 thoughts. Well, we combine all the thoughts by which ones are similar to each other and that creates sort of neighborhoods. And so it's not, like I said, it's not about, you know, year. It's about similar ideas.
04:10
And that's really cool, but it can be overwhelming if it's too much. So what we also built was two different AI systems, one called Radar. Some of you already saw Radar during my AI course a few months ago. Radar is cool. Radar is a search tool. It's a lookup tool. It's going to make it so you can find anything, stuff you've never even watched or consumed from the hypnothoughts live video and hypnothoughts.com data set. You can just say, hey, Radar, is there anything on this? And it will find the things for you. That makes it a little bit more useful, but not as useful as what's going to happen when you go up one tier and you get two things at once.
04:49
The first thing you're going to get is a licensed set of what I consider to be essential material to become a professional clinician. And that's hpti, the school that I created with Richard Clark years ago. It was a 500 hour course. HPTI instructors are hearing this for the first time. I want to license that content in this system. Since HPTI didn't happen, we have that content, let's keep using it. So we're going to license that technology and those instructors that want to be involved will get paid whether people watch their content or not. So that piece and the other piece that comes in this upgrade is Sage, which you guys have probably seen and hopefully done the demos of at this point. But the idea is Sage is from the neighborhood of ideas that were talking about.
05:39
It can navigate this space better than anybody and it can connect the dots from far apart things. Because one of the great things about hypnothoughts is you actually get to see the conversation in those topics. So you can see people from point A and point B navigate towards each other. And so you can actually understand how these things connect. And that's what CNN Sage can do. And now let's make this about your content for a second. Because what Sage does is learns all of the information that we have the rights to distribute. And then your content we're going to do something different with. We're not going to have Sage train on it, we're not going to have it, learn it and absorb it. What we're going to do is we're going to put your content in what I'm calling a sidecar.
06:26
So think of it like a motorcycle. Like wherever the motorcycle goes, the sidecar goes with it, but it's not in it. So your content is right next door all the time. And when someone buys your course, their Sage learns your stuff, they don't bring it into the neighborhood. They don't, they don't. You don't move, you stay in your sidecar. But Sage is from the neighborhood. So Sage can look at all the content in your sidecar and understand where it fits in all these ideas. And so it can discuss this stuff with your students. So a student will buy your content and it will be unlocked in Sage for that user only, which means everybody gets their own copy of Sage with great memory. So Sage will remember every conversation a student has with it.
07:17
So when you talk with Sage will learn your practice, your interests, your background, your training history, what courses on hypnothoughts you've taken which courses you're interested in, which instructors inspire you, and it will shift all the conversations accordingly over time, getting smarter and smarter. And it's able to do this by combining ideas from different sidecars as well. So you could have a sidecar with Shawn Michael Andrews work and a different sidecar with Martin Peterson and another one with Shelley Stockwell. And you could say all three of those sets of ideas can play in the neighborhood together with sage. But when the conversation's over, everyone goes back home. So we're not holding that information and absorbing it. We're not training on your intellectual property. In fact, each thought, each semantic chunk in the neighborhood, each one is labeled with your rights.
08:16
Each one is labeled with your intellectual property. Each one is labeled with programming for the AI on whether it can train on it or not. All of it is hard coded in so that you can trust us. This means that everyone's Sage will help them get better at combining ideas and learning how to navigate and synthesize the space that is Hypno thoughts. And right now you're thinking, well, what's in it for me? What are the economics? What are the deals? What are the pros and cons? Let me just kind of really quickly, it's all your content. You can keep selling it everywhere else you want. We're not asking for any exclusivity or anything like that.
09:01
In fact, if you sell the stuff somewhere else or have previously sold it somewhere else and you just want to give it to people, you just want to give access to on the site to your prior students and customers, great. No questions asked. You want to give it away for free for no reason, I don't care. It's yours. No questions asked. You want to give away your content on our platform, no questions asked. The point is, just like hypnothoughts, I've created a business model that motivates me to promote the platform and to help all of you promote your content. And as each of you promotes your own content to your lists and you are promoting the collective understanding of all of this for all of them.
09:45
So all of our students get cross pollinated with each other's work without worrying about our stuff ending up in some giant database that's going to train and steal. Oh, and if you want, at any point in the future, if you want to bail, if you change your mind, you can unplug your sidecar and your stuff just goes with you. We just immediately lose access to it. It's built transparently for trust for you guys and I just want you to imagine what it's going to be like when your students have two of your classes and one class from somebody else you respect. And it's each person's Sage is having a different conversation with the person.
10:29
I want you to imagine what it's going to be like when a person's going to have six months of Sage conversations as they're building their private practice or as they've been going through the content, and how it helps them build their confidence. Because we're using cool tech, we can build testing into this dynamically. If you already have the test questions, great, we'll use them. But if you don't, we can use AI to create the test questions so that the students who purchase the content feel confident that they really do know the work. And if they get something wrong, they can talk to Sage about it and really learn so that when they get in front of the clients, they do feel ready.
11:09
And we can build a flywheel of people feeling more and more confident, more and more capable, learning from different people and having more interesting conversations with an AI that's from the neighborhood of hypnothants that can navigate that space and to do so in a way that allows you to get paid, it allows you to control your content, it allows you to help cross pollinate, and it helps all of them help more people. So that's the big picture of this whole thing, and it is hypnothoughts 2.0. And I do want you to be part of it, and I'm excited. So we're going to have conversations and questions. There are parts of this that are going to have to change little bits here and there as we build. But I want you as a launch partner, so let me know what questions you have.
11:58
The idea is simple. The courses you want to add, we can just upload into the system. You get your own sidecar, you get to control your price, you get to control which students have access, you get everything. And then the platform grows. Everybody's Sage gets smarter. The thing gets bigger and bigger. Oh, and everything's anonymized. PII redacted. All that stuff that, you know, doing it right, that's all in the audit stuff of the ip, intellectual property and data privacy stuff. You can watch it all there. I think this is going to solve problems for people. I think this is going to help a lot of people. And I think if we do it right, we can build something truly special together.
12:42
And I'm asking you to go on a kind of a crazy walk with me, but many of you did with the AI bots. And I think you can see part of the reason for those AI bots was about this all along. The last thing I'll say before I sign off is you're going to be hearing more and more about this. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There's a lot of other plans. This is a well thought out thing that I've been working on for a decade. I mean, the reason our logo is a hexagon, the reason we didn't change our name from Hypnothoughts, like all these things are because of a through line that is about me wanting to help all of us, help more people. This is the way I know how to do it. I want your help.
13:25
It's going to work. See you around.
